01 / OUR APPROACH
Your objectives.
Our starting point.
A sound investment decision begins with a clear understanding of
your objectives, time horizon and liquidity needs.
Our dealing representatives take the time to understand your
financial circumstances and investment experience, then assess
whether an opportunity is suitable for you. We explain the
investment structure, costs and risks before you make a commitment.

BEFORE YOU INVEST
Review current offering documents, fees, redemption terms and
risk factors. Eligibility and suitability must be assessed.
RELATED ISSUER
IB Capital and Indigoblue MIC share common ownership and
management. Ask how this relationship and its conflicts are
addressed.
Capital is at risk. Returns and distributions are not guaranteed.
Private investments may be illiquid, and you may be unable to redeem
when you wish. Request current terms and availability.
01
Establish your objectives
Discuss your objectives, financial circumstances, investment
knowledge, time horizon and liquidity needs.
02
Assess eligibility and suitability
Work through eligibility and suitability with a dealing
representative, including your capacity to bear a loss.
03
Review the investment terms
Read the offering documents. Discuss costs, conflicts, risks and
redemption restrictions before deciding.
What does “exempt market” mean?
Some securities can be offered without a prospectus when an
available exemption applies. “Exempt” does not mean free of
regulation or risk. The applicable exemption and your eligibility
need to be established before investing.
Are private investments right for everyone?
No. Access depends on the offering, applicable exemption and your
circumstances. An investment can meet eligibility rules yet still
be unsuitable for your objectives, risk capacity or liquidity
needs.
Can I access my money whenever I need it?
Do not assume so. Private securities may have transfer
restrictions, limited redemption windows or no readily available
market. Read the specific offering documents and ask what happens
if redemptions are delayed or suspended.
What should I ask before investing?
Ask how the investment earns income, what could cause losses, what
fees apply, who is paid, what conflicts exist and how you can
exit. Understand whether distributions may include a return of
capital.
